The Rismì Bianco wine arises from the white grapes traditionally grown in Valtènesi (Riesling and Chardonnay).
Its flavour is slightly spiced, fresh and fruity; its colour is light straw yellow with greenish undertones.
This is the typical colour obtained from the crush of full bodied grapes.
The Rismì , suited also as an aperitif, is excellent when matched up with freshwater fish or seafood.
It is ideally served at a temperature of 9°-10° degrees.
