The unique Garda Classico Groppello chinato is made with an infusion of quina bark (China in Italian from whence the name “chinato”) and others spices and herbs. This wine has been created and produced by Negri Luigi, the owner of La Guarda winery, to celebrate the 60th harvest and his father Angelo longlasting career too. A remarkable and unique wine that noboby had ever dared to produce in the area of Brescia. An ideal wine for reflection, for a gathering or to complete a meal, which is best appreciated with the pralines purposely created by Luigi: pralines with 60% of plain chocolate made with the finest cocoa Criollo from Equador. They burst into your mouth their astonishing harmony togheter with the elegance of Inchino, contained in the core of the praline. The Inchino-Pralines pair has been named Sweet Bows and they accompany the wine presented in an elegant box.
